Description

You will design and architect enterprise-scale solutions across the ServiceNow platform, owning the technical direction for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD modules.

Responsibilities

• Architect global roll-out solutions for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD modules.
• Create and maintain architecture and solution diagrams for stakeholder approval and implementation.
• Resolve CMDB and Discovery issues to establish a scalable, standardized data model.
• Write detailed user stories with clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage onsite-offshore delivery models, coordinating between clients and development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD modules.
• Deep understanding of CMDB and Discovery for building scalable architectures.
• Proficiency in creating technical architecture and solution diagrams.
• Experience managing offshore delivery teams and client relationships.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Mid-server and API integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
