Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet complex business requirements and optimize ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design ITSM processes that leverage full ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Develop high-level designs and technical solutions for platform implementations and integrations.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools using REST and other available APIs.
• Create prototypes and Proof of Concepts (POC) to demonstrate new ServiceNow features.
• Identify system deficiencies, recommend performance improvements, and manage platform upgrade planning and validation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on expertise with JavaScript, XML, JSON, and Web Service APIs.
• Deep understanding of ITSM design, solutioning, and CMDB.
• Experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog and Service Portal.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow workflows and Integration Hub.
• Ability to parse and work with XML, JSON, and various other data formats.
• Strong scripting skills for platform customizations and enhancements.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (Any Graduate).
