Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM solution architecture and translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Lead ServiceNow implementations, platform enhancements, technical designs, and architecture reviews in line with platform best practices.
• Develop and govern platform solutions including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, workflows, notifications, and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers and implementation teams through design reviews, code reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance.
• Establish upgrade-safe development, scripting, security, integration, performance, and platform governance standards while reducing unnecessary customization.
• Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications, including API-based integration patterns and external data sources.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and support platform upgrades, health checks, release activities, and technical debt reduction.

Skills Required:

• 7 - 10 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years of ServiceNow experience and significant ITSM implementation exposure.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, development, and ITSM solution delivery.
• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementation projects and converting IT and business requirements into maintainable platform solutions.
• Strong solution architecture experience covering scalable, secure, standard-oriented ServiceNow designs and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with ITSM processes, platform governance, technical design reviews, development standards, and production support.

Good to Have:

• Experience with REST, enterprise integrations, ITIL practices, and CMDB-related solutions.

Education:

• Any graduation or post-graduation degree in computer science, engineering, business informatics, or a comparable discipline
