You will analyze business requirements and support delivery for ServiceNow ITSM modules.

You will reside within 50 miles of Plano, TX, Boise, ID, Phoenix, AZ, or Pleasanton, CA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Support project delivery within US time zones (PST and MST).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Direct experience working with ServiceNow.
• Ability to work US business hours, specifically PST and MST.
• Any graduate degree.
