Description
You will build and maintain ITSM solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on catalog items, portal experiences, and knowledge management.
Responsibilities
- Administer ITSM, Portal, Catalog, and Knowledge Management processes.
- Develop and optimize user experiences for catalog items.
- Implement ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping integrations.
- Manage Event Management configurations and troubleshooting.
- Maintain platform stability and process efficiency.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of relevant IT and web development experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Proficiency with UI Actions, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Familiarity with Event Management.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes.
