Description

You will configure, customize, and maintain the ServiceNow platform with a focus on ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Service Request Fulfillment workflows, request items, and tasks using UI actions, client scripts, and business rules.
• Develop advanced customizations including UI pages, UI macros, Script Includes, and custom tables.
• Create integrations and process automations via Orchestration, web services, and SOAP calls.
• Manage complex projects, gather business requirements, and perform system and integration testing with live data.
• Handle platform upgrades and release management while adhering to SDLC best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong expertise in ITSM module configuration and customization.
• Hands-on experience with ITAM/ITOM modules, SPM, and PPM.
• Proficiency in writing Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Experience designing and maintaining integrations with third-party tools.
• Ability to perform system upgrades and data manipulation between ServiceNow and other systems.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Mapping.
• Experience with HAM, SAM, and Shell Scripting.
