Description

Design, develop, and support ServiceNow ITSM applications across Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Request modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance catalog items, record producers, order guides, and complex workflows.
• Develop and customize Service Portal or UI Builder pages, widgets, themes, and reusable components.
• Configure Virtual Agent topics, conversation flows, and backend integrations.
• Maintain Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Build integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, scripted APIs, MID Server, and data imports.

Required Skills

• 7–10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM modules, Service Catalog, and Request Management.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and HTML/CSS/AngularJS for Service Portal.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with MID Server and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience within the 6-9 year total tenure range.
