Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions, focusing on custom application development, integrations, and platform configuration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Service Catalog modules, including request forms, record producers, and variable sets.
• Develop complex custom widgets, backend scripting, and UI enhancements using Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Implement integrations with external systems via APIs, web services, and XML/HTML/CSS.
• Manage data imports and exports using Transform Maps, Import Sets, and Update Sets for solution migration.
• Configure Business Rules, ACLs, workflows, and scheduled jobs to meet business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow custom development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
• Proficiency in scripting: JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience training business users on system implementation.
