Description

You will design, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB. You will develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations to support IT operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will implement automation, scripting, and performance optimization for ITSM processes. You will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing ServiceNow applications. You will ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and governance policies. You will stay updated with ServiceNow releases to leverage new platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB).
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement automation, scripting, and performance optimization for ITSM processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for ServiceNow applications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM development and administration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Expertise in workflow design, business rules, and UI policies.
• Experience with integration protocols including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications.
• Exposure to ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
