Description

You will design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions to support IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications, specifically Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
• Implement ITIL best practices and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform system upgrades with minimal service disruption.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide functional support to end-users and IT staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM development and administration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform features and ITIL best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
