Description

You will design, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules and develop integrations to support IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement automation, scripting, and performance optimization for ITSM processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing ServiceNow applications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM development and administration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Expertise in workflow design, business rules, and UI policies.
• Experience with integration protocols including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications.
• Exposure to ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
