Description

You will develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM applications, ensuring robust incident, request, and service process automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ITSM workflows, business rules, and automation for incident and service management processes.
• Design, maintain, and enhance CMDB structures, relationships, and data integrity to support accurate service mapping.
• Implement custom logic using JavaScript and Glide scripting to meet specific ITSM feature and automation requirements.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations using REST and SOAP APIs to connect ServiceNow with external enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and support release deployments.

Required Skills

• 6-13 years of relevant ServiceNow ITSM development experience.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and ITSM module development.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB configuration, data modeling, and data integrity maintenance.
• Expertise in JavaScript and Glide scripting for custom automation and business logic.
• Proven experience developing and troubleshooting REST and SOAP integrations.
• Working knowledge of ITIL roles and best practices.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
