Description

You will own the technical implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow ITSM platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM components including business rules, UI policies, workflows, playbooks, and tables.
• Develop technical implementation and migration plans to move configurations, user access, and service requests from existing systems to ServiceNow.
• Build inbound and outbound integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Create reports for ITSM data within ServiceNow and Microsoft PowerBI.
• Perform unit testing, UAT, and stress testing while analyzing system performance to tune code and parameters.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM.
• Direct experience with at least one full cycle ServiceNow implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Experience with SQL and structural programming concepts.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API data exchange.
• Ability to develop ServiceNow reports and playbooks.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Remedy ITSM, Microsoft PowerBI, ServiceNow CSM, or ServiceNow NowAssist.
