Description

You will design, code, and test ServiceNow solutions to deliver new system capabilities and enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, service catalog, release management, and knowledge management.
• Develop bi-directional, automated integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms using Mid Servers or cloud-to-cloud methods.
• Write and test code for Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes.
• Create technical design documents and user documentation for all implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve system scalability and participate in defining business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM development experience.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow CMDB and all related processes.
• Proficiency with Web Services Integration, specifically SOAP and REST.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and REST APIs.
• Ability to build automated integrations between disparate systems.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting including Script Includes and Business Rules.
• Experience with UI Builder and Client Scripts.
