ServiceNow ITSM Developer based in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management modules aligned with design plans.
• Develop custom applications, request forms, and Service Catalog items using JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, and CSS.
• Build integrations with external systems via Web Services, APIs, XML, and data imports/exports.
• Implement security controls including Access Control Lists and enhance user interfaces for custom look and feel.
• Create repeatable processes for development, testing, staging, and production environments.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, and complex workflows.
• Experience creating Transform Maps, Import Sets, Update Sets, and managing solution migration.
• Knowledge of SQL query creation and LDAP Query for Oracle, MySQL, and Active Directory.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodology, and ITIL standards.
