Description

You will develop, configure, and test ServiceNow ITSM solutions within the San Francisco office.

You will own the full development lifecycle for ITSM modules, ensuring alignment with approved design plans.

Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow ITSM applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Mobile App, and Virtual Agent.
• Develop custom software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Design and build repeatable processes for development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Execute unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Mobile App, Virtual Agent).
• Experience developing solutions using Web Services, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with SQL query creation for Oracle and MySQL.
• Experience with LDAP queries for Active Directory.
• Knowledge of ITIL industry standards and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working within Agile Scrum methodology.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Any Graduate degree.
