Description

You will develop and maintain ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, automating business processes and integrating systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow Playbooks to automate business processes.
• Manage inbound and outbound data exchanges using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Create and maintain reports within the ServiceNow environment.
• Implement ITIL processes within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Required Skills

• Current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) certification.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and structured programming principles.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Experience with UI development.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow CSM, ServiceNow NowAssist, or Remedy ITSM.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI.
