Description

You will manage and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules to support core IT service operations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.
• Administer the Service Catalog and Request Management workflows.
• Manage Knowledge Management and the Employee Center within the ServiceNow platform.
• Utilize Service Operations Workspace to streamline IT service delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Incident Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Problem Management.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow Change Management (OOtB).
• Ability to manage Service Catalog and Request Management.
• Knowledge of Service Operations Workspace.
• Experience with Knowledge Management and Employee Center.
• Background in IT Operations and Service Desk processes.

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
