Integrations: Proven track record building enterprise integrations via Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JDBC, and MID Server configurations.
Scripting & Web Technologies: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Service Portal widgets (AngularJS, HTML, CSS).
Platform Health: Solid understanding of performance tuning, upgrade planning, Instance Scan, and HealthScan best practices
