Description

You will lead custom ServiceNow ITSM development, integrations, and system configuration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
• Build custom applications and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement server-side logic via Business Rules and client-side behavior using Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Configure data import processes using Import Sets, Update Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Manage SLAs and support the full SDLC within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementation.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and Jelly.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Deep understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow core platform features.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or higher certifications.
• Experience with complex workflow automation and performance tuning.
