Description

You will design, configure, and develop ServiceNow ITSM solutions, owning the implementation of Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure ITSM applications, Service Catalog, and custom applications in alignment with approved design plans.
• Develop custom widgets, backend scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and complex workflows.
• Build integrations with external systems using APIs, Web Services, XML, and data imports/exports.
• Create Request Forms, Record Producers, and Catalogue Items using Variables and Variable Sets.
• Manage solution migration, update sets, and testing across development, staging, and production environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer and Implementer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow customization.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services, XML, SQL, and LDAP queries (Oracle, MySQL, AD).
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and ITSM/ITOM processes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) required.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience training business users on project implementations.
