Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery and technical design of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM and external system integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and custom applications.
• Lead complete engagements from defining business problems to solution execution.
• Develop technical design documents based on stated business requirements.
• Implement custom integrations using REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, or Scripted REST APIs.
• Coach and advise other developers on ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience.
• Proven experience customizing ITSM and custom apps on the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Java, or other functional languages.
• Demonstrated experience leading at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices and workflow automation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM) certifications.
• ITIL v3 certification.
