Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery and technical design of ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on ServiceNow design and development expertise for consulting initiatives.
  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM and external system integrations.
  • Lead complete ServiceNow engagements, from defining business problems to solution execution.
  • Document and secure acceptance for final technical solutions.
  • Coach and advise other developers on ServiceNow practices.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience.
  • Proven experience customizing applications, specifically ITSM and custom apps on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience developing technical design documents from stated business requirements.
  • Expertise implementing custom integrations using REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, or Scripted REST API.
  • Demonstrated experience leading at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional languages.
  • Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices.
  • Experience with Workflow Automation and ITSM implementation.

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow certifications: Service Now System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM Product lines.
  • ITIL v3 certification.

Education

Any Graduate
