Description

You will architect and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM and CSM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM and CSM solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Develop front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Apply database concepts and SQL to support platform functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules.
• Experience integrating systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer certification.
