Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and technical direction of ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and deployment of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration in multi-datacenter environments.
• Consult with clients to provide technical roadmaps, best practices, and solutions for complex problem statements.
• Manage a remote team of ServiceNow resources across multiple time zones.
• Handle technical escalations and drive solution-oriented decision-making in stakeholder meetings.
• Develop and customize core applications including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog using extensive scripting.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total IT experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
• Expertise in CMDB, Asset Management, Business Application relationships, and Configuration Item relationships.
• Deep technical knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration, and MID Server configurations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, HTML5, and AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with web services and integration technologies including REST, SOAP, JSON, JDBC, XML, AJAX, and HTTP.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ServiceNow CSA and ITIL certifications.
• Strong ability to communicate technical solutions to client stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• ITOM exposure and experience implementing agentless workflows.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scoped applications, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, ATF, and Predictive Intelligence.
• ServiceNow CIS or CAD certifications.
