Description

You will design, develop, and implement IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop IT Service Management solutions within ServiceNow.
• Implement solutions across Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and CMDB modules.
• Develop custom applications and reports on the platform.
• Manage workflow automation and system integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting and API usage.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB).
• Knowledge of workflow automation and system integrations.
• Demonstrated experience with custom application development.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
