Description

Lead technical architecture and implementation for ServiceNow platform and ITSM environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical consultant during requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Design solutions and contribute to the creation of customer-defined story backlogs.
• Configure and develop solutions directly from the story backlog.
• Perform unit and functional testing for stories and support customer UAT break/fix efforts.
• Lead workshops and meetings using established best practice content.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) experience.
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or CIS-ITSM certification.
• Hands-on experience with Employee Center, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and ITSM workflows.
• Proven experience with Virtual Agent, Integration Hub, and IT Onboarding.
• Strong Client and Server JavaScript development experience within the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in integration patterns and utilizing REST APIs to connect ServiceNow with external applications.
• Experience in Senior Architect or Developer roles within medium to large enterprise environments.
• Experience working within an Agile delivery team.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform best practices and technical governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the Healthcare sector.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or Engineering.
