Description

Lead the architecture and technical execution of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage horizontal and cloud discovery issues as part of BAU operations.
• Create service maps using top-down service mapping for business-critical applications.
• Configure discovery schedules, CMDB health dashboards, and CI health/hygiene tasks.
• Integrate third-party applications to ingest asset data into the CMDB.
• Execute enhancements related to CMDB and ITOM visibility.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Proven ability to write custom patterns for Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Experience managing CMDB health and CI hygiene.
• Strong communication skills.
