Description

Lead technical architecture and development for medium to large enterprise ServiceNow environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical consultant during requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Design technical solutions for customer-defined story backlogs.
• Configure and develop solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
• Perform unit and functional testing on stories and support UAT break/fix activities.
• Lead workshops and meetings by providing best practice content aligned to service scope.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) experience.
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or CIS-ITSM certification.
• Extensive experience in Senior Architect or Developer roles within enterprise environments.
• Strong Client and Server JavaScript development experience within the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience with integration patterns and utilizing REST APIs to connect ServiceNow with external applications.
• Experience working within an Agile delivery team.
• Knowledge of Java and JavaScript.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the Healthcare sector.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or Engineering.
