Description

You will serve as the technical architect and consultant for enterprise ServiceNow environments, owning solution design, development, and delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical consultant during requirements gathering and design solutions for customer story backlogs.
• Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions, including unit/functional testing and supporting UAT break/fix activities.
• Refine functional testing steps during peer reviews and present best practice content in workshops.
• Adhere to technical governance and platform best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate within Agile delivery teams to integrate ServiceNow with external applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) experience.
• Current ServiceNow Certified CSA or CIS-ITSM certification.
• Hands-on experience with Employee Center, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and ITSM workflows.
• Technical expertise in Virtual Agent, Integration Hub, and IT Onboarding.
• Strong Client and Server JavaScript development experience within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with integration patterns and utilizing REST APIs to connect ServiceNow with external applications.
• Proven experience in Senior Architect or Developer roles for medium to large enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Healthcare sector.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or Engineering.
