Description

You will lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and serve as the primary ServiceNow Administrator. You own technical delivery, configuration, development, and integration services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and technical delivery.
• Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration services.
• Perform quality assurance for all project deliverables.
• Design and deliver end-to-end automated solutions.
• Manage ServiceNow administration tasks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation certification.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations spanning ITIL and ITSM.
• Experience implementing solutions within security and regulatory disciplines.
• Proficiency in ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
• Any Graduate degree.
