Description

Lead technical delivery and development efforts for the ServiceNow platform across Bangalore, Chennai, or Pune locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM.
• Drive technical implementation of service management workflows.
• Manage platform configurations to meet operational requirements.
• Oversee technical delivery and code quality within the assigned location.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep technical expertise in ITSM.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB.
• Proficiency with ITOM.
• Ability to lead development efforts and manage technical delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing technical delivery across multiple locations.
