Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead architect for Itron’s ServiceNow CSM Pro+ implementation.
• Define architecture, integration patterns, data models, and workflow designs.
• Lead technical design sessions, roadmap planning, and architecture reviews.
• Oversee delivery execution, ensuring quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Partner with developers and admins to validate configurations and integrations.
• Provide technical PM oversight: timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Support governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of the platform.

Required Skills

• 8+ years ServiceNow experience, including architecture and solution design
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM Pro+ (case management, workflows, integrations)
• Technical PM or delivery management experience
• Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and enterprise integrations
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
