Description

Lead the architecture and delivery of the ServiceNow CSM Pro+ implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture, integration patterns, data models, and workflow designs for CSM Pro+.
• Lead technical design sessions, roadmap planning, and architecture reviews.
• Oversee delivery execution, ensuring quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Partner with developers and admins to validate configurations and integrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years ServiceNow experience, including architecture and solution design.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM Pro+ (case management, workflows, integrations).
• Technical PM or delivery management experience.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years total professional experience.
