Description

Lead the technical direction and development of ServiceNow solutions onsite in Bentonville, AR. Manage a team of developers through technical guidance, mentoring, and support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize complex ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.
• Implement and configure IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews and manage platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow implementation issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and custom application building.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven experience leading ServiceNow development projects from inception to delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Developer certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
