Description

Lead the development, customization, and integration of ServiceNow applications. Own the release pipeline, troubleshoot script-based errors, and document technical architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, workflows, and APIs.
• Configure core and custom applications including UI policies, data policies, UI actions, business rules, and client scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools via REST, SOAP, and web services.
• Manage system maintenance, upgrades, and movement of customizations between instances using update sets.
• Troubleshoot script-based errors, resolve system issues, and document technical architecture and data models.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience with a focus on ServiceNow development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Service Management modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, and XML.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization.
• Direct experience with integrations including AD/LDAP, Single Sign-On, REST, and SOAP.
• Deep understanding of ITIL concepts and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage SLAs, workflows, UI policies, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Experience importing data for users, configuration items, and locations.
• Competency in managing IM, PM, CM, AM/CMDB, and SLM modules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kingston and Madrid platform versions.
