Description

Lead the development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform, managing multiple modules and ensuring platform stability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow scoped applications and Service Portal components.
• Configure integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITBM, GRC, and SecOps.
• Maintain platform stability through expert scripting and configuration across different ServiceNow versions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development and scripting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow Scoped Applications and Flow Designer.
• Technical expertise in Integration Hub and Service Portal.
• Extensive module experience in ITBM, GRC, SecOps, Vulnerability Response, SAM Pro, Performance Analytics, ITSM, SPM, ITAM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Proven track record working with at least three different ServiceNow versions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the banking sector.
• Prior experience as a contractor or employee at Raymond James.
