Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for process automation and ITSM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, ensuring high-quality code and governance adherence.
• Lead integration efforts with third-party systems using APIs, MID servers, and integration tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with multiple implementations.
• Proven experience as a lead developer or technical lead on ServiceNow projects.
• Strong knowledge of core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and Request Fulfillment.
• Experience with ITOM, integrations, automations, Service Graph, and CSDM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP Integrations, HTML/CSS, and AngularJS.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
