Description

You will lead the design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules.

Responsibilities

• Identify and refine business requirements and workflows across multiple business units.
• Design and configure new ServiceNow applications and modules in collaboration with the technical team.
• Manage projects involving process improvement initiatives and new application creation.
• Directly interact with platform users and coordinate with maintenance partners and offshore teams in the USA and India.
• Develop new approaches for utilizing the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.
• 3+ years of experience managing and guiding a technical team.
• 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting requirements from clients or business units.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow reporting.
• Experience working within the healthcare industry.
• Expertise in ServiceNow workflows.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Agile Management and custom applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow access and identity management.
• Experience supporting telecom and mobility sectors.
