Description

You will lead ServiceNow development projects and manage technical delivery from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage offshore development teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Gather business requirements and produce detailed technical documentation.
• Oversee ServiceNow projects, driving process improvements and implementing technical solutions.
• Build and manage complex ServiceNow reporting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Strong proficiency in requirement gathering and technical documentation.
• Expertise in ServiceNow reporting and data visualization.
• Proven experience managing offshore development teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the healthcare industry.
