Description

You will lead the technical management, optimization, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform while mentoring the development team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow administrators and developers, managing workload distribution and performance.
• Oversee day-to-day platform operations, including planning and executing upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, developing workflows, scripts, and integrations to automate processes.
• Resolve complex incidents and problems related to ServiceNow functionality to maintain system stability.
• Create technical documentation for configurations and provide training to end-users and IT staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator or developer.
• Proven experience in a leadership or team lead capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration, scripting, and integration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification or relevant IT service management knowledge.
