Description

You will lead the technical design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on IRM and GRC modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow IRM data models and security architecture.
• Develop and maintain core applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and workflows.
• Implement system integrations using web services and web-based technologies.
• Execute technical configurations and deployments using extensive scripting and the Glide API.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver platform enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with mandatory hands-on GRC administrative experience.
• CSA certification is mandatory.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and the ServiceNow Glide API.
• Strong experience with web services and technologies including XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and REST/SOAP.
• Experience with Angular JS, HTML5, and CSS.
• Proven ability to handle tool configuration and complex design work.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• CIS GRC certification.
