Description

You will lead the design, development, and administration of ServiceNow solutions for asset management and website integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance ServiceNow-based asset management systems for operational stability.
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions for asset management workflows.
• Configure applications, business rules, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce technical best practices.
• Oversee platform performance, integrate modules with CMDB, and maintain ITIL compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development and administration experience.
• Specific experience in asset management modules.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience integrating REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and asset management processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CMDB integration.
• Exceptional technical documentation skills.
