Description

Lead the architecture and delivery of the ServiceNow CSM Pro+ implementation, defining integration patterns and workflow designs.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture, roadmap planning, and conduct architecture reviews.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Oversee delivery execution to ensure quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
• Partner with developers and admins to validate configurations and integrations.
• Provide technical project management oversight, including timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture and solution design.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM Pro+, covering case management, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and enterprise integrations.
• Technical project management or delivery management experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3 years of tenure in previous similar roles.
