Description

You will lead technical development and administration efforts on the ServiceNow platform, guiding team members through complex implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development tasks and oversee platform configuration and scripting to meet business requirements.
• Design and manage ServiceNow platform integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow environment.
• Guide team members through complex implementations and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow administrator or developer.
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or team lead capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration capabilities.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following modules: ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, IT GRC, or HRSD.
• Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work remotely from NY, NJ, or CT.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification or formal IT service management knowledge.
