Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proven expertise in customizing ServiceNow modules.
• Extensive experience building and managing integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead technical teams and design system architectures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery.
• Experience with Legal Request Management, Legal Matter Management, and Legal Conflict of Interest.
