Description

Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, ITSM, CSM, and custom applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions including HRSD, ITSM, CSM, and custom applications.
• Develop and customize workspaces for HRSD, Procurement, ITSM, and ITOM.
• Build and manage Service Portals and Employee Service Centres.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications such as Oracle or SAP.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to system implementation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
• 5+ years as a senior developer in HRSD, ITSM, CSM, and custom application development.
• 4+ years of end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow UI Builder experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, Business Rules, Flows, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, AngularJS, and Jelly.
• Deep understanding of the CSDM model and its relationship with products, assets, and accounts.
• Technical proficiency with Azure AD, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPs.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Security, architecture, middleware, discovery technologies, and data modelling.
• Strong skills in Data Architecture and database design schemas.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Source-to-Pay and Universal Request products.
