Description

Lead ServiceNow HRSD implementations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Service Center, and Knowledge Management.
• Build and maintain HR integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM using ServiceNow APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and Scripted Web Services.
• Configure HR service catalog items, workflows, and case flows based on business requirements.
• Implement HRSD security models, role-based access (RBAC), and ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
• Create Performance Analytics and reporting dashboards for HRSD metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least 5 years on HRSD implementations.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP) and Integration Hub.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Knowledge of HRSD security models, RBAC, and data privacy regulations.
• Experience working in Agile or ITIL-based environments.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS-HR).
