Description

You will lead ServiceNow platform operations and development delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily ServiceNow platform operations, including instance cloning, patching, upgrades, and health checks.
  • Design and develop custom applications, workflows, UI policies, and catalog items using Script Includes and Flow Designer.
  • Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server, and manage Discovery schedules.
  • Review technical work from developers and collaborate with product owners to refine requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with platform governance and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of combined ServiceNow development and administration experience.
  • Proficiency in core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and MID Server setup.
  • Solid knowledge of roles, ACLs, data policies, and platform security within ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and platform administration tasks.
  • Experience developing integrations via REST and SOAP.
  • Knowledge of Service Portal enhancements.
  • Understanding of Discovery and CMDB management.
