Description

You will lead ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) implementations and technical strategy.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction for ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Implement and manage Service Mapping and Event Management processes.
• Drive the deployment of Discovery and cloud governance workflows.
• Oversee complex ITOM integrations and architecture decisions.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• CIS-ITOM certification.
• CIS-Service Mapping certification.
• CIS-Event Management certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
• Experience with Cloud Provisioning and Governance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
